Shipping & handling
Our shipping on boxes of pasties and hampers is handled by Amtrak. Cakes and Christmas puddings are delivered by post.
Delivery schedule
Your order is baked once it has been received by The Pasty.com and paid for. Your order will normally be sent out to you in 2 to 5 working days. International deliveries are normally received in under ten days from despatch.
International orders & Scottish highlands
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship Cornish pasties or hampers overseas or to the highlands of Scotland.
We do, however, ship all our cakes (including saffron cakes) and Christmas puddings internationally.
Returns
Because the products sold by The Pasty.com are edible and have a limited shelf life, we do not accept returns unless:
- we made a mistake with your order,
- or the product has been soiled or damaged in delivery.
If there is a problem with the product you should inform us within 24hrs of delivery by email. If appropriate we will (at our discretion) send you a replacement order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
